How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We are manufacturing personalized product so making duartion will take some time ,An order placed from within the country is normally shipped within 5-15 bworking days. However due to the ongoing COVID-21, the shipping of your orders could be delayed. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 10-24 working days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.

What is the price for the shipping?

For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges. However, for products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of Rs. 99 shall be levied on each order.Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your Cover It Up wallet. This can be redeemed the next time you place an order with us.

Import Duty Charges for International Shipments

During the time of delivery of an International shipment, there might be additional charges levied by the importing country’s customs department. These charges are subject to the regulatory authority governing the country and we do not have any control over it. Please note that these charges are not included in your shopping cart while placing your order.

COD Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery Estimated duration Min :10-24 working days and Between  time 10am-5pm.
  • No fixed Time & date for delivery, if you are  out of station give COD amount to  your Neighborhood to collect products.
  • Once your order dispatched we don’t have control on shipment ,we will share tracking id only .
  • If first delivery attempt got failure means  you have to follow-up with courier person using tracking id or courier person phone number.
  • Once the order is dispatched, if COD rejected or not accepted during delivery. You have to pay Full amount via online payments.
  • we will send payment due messages & calls every day until your payment cleared.
  • Message Notifications Will be sent to you daily, until the payment got cleared up
