• If first delivery attempt got failure means  you have to follow-up with courier person using tracking id or courier person phone number.
• Once the order is dispatched, if COD rejected or not accepted during delivery. You have to pay Full amount via online payments.
• we will send payment due messages & calls every day until your payment cleared.
• Message Notifications Will be sent to you daily, until the payment got cleared up

Prepaid Orders:

Prepaid orders can be cancelled at any instance, but it has to be done within the first four hours of placing the order to get a refund to your original payment method. Past that point, the refund shall be credited to your Nowflicks account. Please note that a refund will take 5-7 days to reflect in your original bank account or a couple days to reflect in your Nowflicks wallet.

• How do I cancel an order on Nowflicks.in?
  If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you.
