• To place an order on our website, please follow the following steps:

• Once you’ve made a choice, add it to your cart.

• Once you’ve confirmed what to order, click on “check out”.
• You can place your order by logging into your account or by signing in as a guest.
• Confirm your shipping address, select the payment method, place the order, and sit back and relax.

• Prepaid Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 8-12 business days in metros, and 10-15 business days for the rest of India.
• COD Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 10-15 business days in metros, and 12-20 business days for the rest of India
• Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, location transportation etc.).

• For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the products they will try for 3 times if they can’t deliver they send it back to us, once we received we will initiate a re-shipping process within 24-48 hours.(reshipping charges may apply.)
• Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via mail with in 2 days from order delivered date. We can’t escalate order delivered issue after 2 days from order delivered date.

• Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange, this may vary based on products you purchase from Nowflicks.in
• Note: Parcel opening video must for return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• If mistake from our end means kindly share screenshot,video,photos Proof to support@nowflicks.in we will respond within 24-48 hours . and we will replace new product (Courier charges extra) 5-15 working days.
• Suppose if you mistakenly given wrong order details means replacement strictly not possible.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned /replacement/exchange. keychains,mobile cases, and all other personalized items.

• Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific needs we cannot refund. notes: processing fees cannot be refunded, for example shipping charges, payment gateway charges, order processing charges, etc.

• In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

• If amount debited successfully from your bank account but failed in our website, then share payment screenshot and transaction Id to support@nowflicks.in

• Once the order has been placed, you will be receiving an email and a SMS update with a confirmation on the selected products.
• Another email and a text update shall be sent to you along with the tracking number, once the order has been shipped out.

  Cash on Delivery Orders:

  If the situation ever arises where you’re inclined to cancel your order and you don’t have a Time Turner, you’d have to do so before the order is shipped out from our facility. Our production team has borrowed powers from The Flash to make your cases superfast. However, in certain cases, your order might’ve already been shipped and past that point, cancellations may not be possible. If you still wish to not accept the order, all you have to do is reject the package upon delivery. If you aren’t home when the package arrives, please keep your family or your neighbors informed to not collect the order. Once an order is delivered, it will not be eligible for return.

• Prepaid Orders:

  Prepaid orders can be cancelled at any instance, but it has to be done within 24hours of placing the order to get a refund to your original payment method. Past that point, the refund shall be credited to your Nowflicksaccount. Please note that a refund will take 5-7 days to reflect in your original bank account or a couple days to reflect in your Nowflicks wallet.

If an order bought during a sale is returned, the amount you paid will be credited in your Nowflicks wallet. This can be redeemed the next time you make a purchase.
